Dr Grover has worked as Epidemiologist in various national and international institutions and organizations  such as WHO, UNICEF, and ICMR.
St. Stephen's Hospital is Center for Excellence in  Research and Training for innovative techniques in NSV. Dr Grover is the State Trainer for NSV ( No Scalpel Vasectomy) for Govt.of Delhi, Haryana and UP.He was awarded life time achievement award for research & promotion in NSV by government of NCT recently.
He is currently working as Principal Investigator for various research Projects of  ICMR New Delhi and Family Health International, North Carolina, USA .
He is closely ssociated with Pulse Polio Program since its inception (1994) as Incharge and Coordinator for North and Central Delhi .
