Emergency Services

For Patients

  • St. Stephen's Hospital has a 24 hours Casualty that offers emergency services.

  • At the Casualty, patients are seen by the Casualty Medical Officer (CMO). Depending on the condition of the patient, the CMO may call a Specialist.

  • Patients needing inpatient care are admitted by a Specialist.

  • Patients admitted through the Casualty can be provided an Emergency Certificate by the treating doctor on request.
