Note:- St. Stephen's Hospital College of Nursing is the only institute providing such an amount of stipend to M.Sc. Nursing and P.B.B.Sc Nursing students.

The department is a FOGSI certified unit for training in Reproductive Medicine. Eligibility:MD/DNB in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, preferably with Senior Residency experience No of Posts: OneDate of Interview: 08 Nov., 2023Time of Interview : 9 AMCourse Commencement : 7 January, 2024 Duration: The course is of 24 months duration which will require the selected candidates to work in the capacity of Registrars in the department. The Registrars will learn the intricacies of Reproductive Medicine and related Surgeries. They also will be part of decision making for patient management in the unit. Responsibilities of the registrars would include rotation "Call Duties" in accordance to requirements of the department. We are looking for dynamic pediatricians (1 Post) (M.D / D.N.B / DCH) to join as Fellows for this program in Neonatology. The tenure would be one year for MD / DNB candidates and it would be one and half years for DCH candidates. This session begins July 2022. Selection of candidates will be done in the second week of June 2022. St Stephens Hospital is the oldest and largest private hospital in Delhi providing super-specialty and tertiary care. The department of Pediatrics runs a busy out-patients service, a 36 bed dedicated pediatric ward, 6 bed HDU and a 20 cot neonatal unit with 6 neonatal intensive care cots. COVID – 19 has devastated families and destroyed economies across the entire globe for the past 18 months. India has been particularly hit hard with 2 major waves infecting millions of our citizens. Of the major cities, Delhi has seen an almost continuous pandemic with occasional severe peaks. At present the positivity rate and active infections in Delhi have drastically dropped. However, we cannot afford to be caught unprepared again. Many experts are predicting a high possibility of a third wave sometime over the next few months. It is also being postulated that a third wave may see many more infections in children who have been relatively spared so far.   St. Stephen’s Hospital, Delhi, has been at the forefront of the battle against this deadly virus. We are extremely happy to announce the receipt of 3 MAQUET SERVO-AIR ventilators donated by BMW India Foundation in partnership with ASSOCHAM for use on Paediatrics patients. These are state of the art machines which are life caring in patients with severe illnesses, particularly in COVID management.
